2. Graphic Design Services

  • See by Efad provides professional graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, logos, visual identities, social media designs, marketing materials, and custom design work.

  • All services are provided based on the information and requirements supplied by the client. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

  • Any timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on project scope, revisions, and client responsiveness.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or cancel any project that violates laws, ethical standards, or our internal policies.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All designs, concepts, drafts, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of See by Efad until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the final approved design only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • See by Efad retains the right to showcase completed or in-progress work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.

  • Drafts, unused concepts, and rejected designs remain the exclusive property of See by Efad and may not be used or reproduced.

4. Client Content & Responsibility

  • Any materials provided by the client (logos, images, text, brand assets) are assumed to be legally owned or licensed by the client.

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold See by Efad harmless from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of client-provided materials.

  • We are not responsible for copyright infringement caused by assets supplied by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Design outcomes are subjective, and See by Efad does not guarantee personal taste satisfaction beyond the agreed scope.

  • We are not responsible for business losses, profit loss, or brand performance resulting from the use of delivered designs.

  • Under no circumstances shall See by Efad be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.

6. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such external sites, and accessing them is at your own risk.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination & Project Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate a project at any time.

  • Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • In case of termination, all rights to unfinished or unpaid work remain with See by Efad.
